should I use to polish or clean the metal on my products from Miller Designs?

maintain polished finish, rub with super fine (0000) steel wool or clean
with household brass, copper or silver cleaner. If you are concerned
about the red color on the Red Copper items coming off, please

Will
the red color (on Red Copper Items) come off the metal if I polish it?
Answer

The
Red Copper finish is a heat patina that is applied in the studio.
It will not tarnish, and should only be gently rubbed with a soft cloth.
It will always stay that color. |

if the barrette I ordered is the wrong size?

You
may return the barrette for the correct size so long as the product is
not damaged and it is returned with the original packaging. See our
return
policy for more details. We will gladly provide you with either
a larger or smaller size. |

are the pins and/or barrettes attached to the metal?

The
pins and barrettes are attached to the metal using solder. We do
not use glue for this procedure. |

earring replacement plan is as follows: We replace the earring at
half the cost of the original purchase. Please see our return
